With a foundation in consulting, research, and agile project management, my career has been all about connecting dots between people, ideas, and outcomes. Currently at Zomato, I am working as an Assistant Program Manager - lead CX training and enablement for the hospitality space—managing onboarding transformations, building story-driven decks, and designing capability programs that help teams not just do their jobs, but love doing them. Before this, I wore multiple hats at Capgemini—from Business Analyst to Knowledge Consultant to Scrum Master—guiding global teams, running sprints, and shaping research-driven strategies. My early experience in FMCG with Marico gave me a front-row seat to consumer thinking and market execution, and I’ve carried that business-first mindset into everything I do. What ties it all together? A love for content, storytelling, and making things feel human—whether it’s a training session, a pitch deck, or a process revamp.
