I build products at the intersection of foundation models, time-series modeling, knowledge graphs, and real-time decisioning. Product @ IBM’s Network management & Intelligence business, leading the strategy and development of IBM Network Intelligence (INI) – a dual-engine AI platform that combines Time-Series Foundation Models (TSFMs) with reasoning-first LLM agents, trust scaffolding, and knowledge graphs with domain specific ontologies to deliver AI native operations across global telco and enterprise networks. My work spans: 1. Lead client engagements for AI native network intelligence, with CxO, Network leaders and practitioners. 2. Product strategy for AI focussed on networks (TSFMs, RAG, agent orchestration, reasoning LLMs). 3. AI-native automation across IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, RAN, cloud networks, and data center fabrics. 4. Learning hands-on, on knowledge graph architectures, domain specific ontologies, for deterministic reasoning and trust 5. I collaborate with research teams, bring research assets in to products, and drive adoption with global clients. 6. Speak frequently at global telecom and AI forums, sharing insights on AI-native operations and intelligent infrastructure. I am deeply committed bringing trustable AI, by advocating for optimising confidence in ai results using intuitive and clever UX designs working closely with design teams, observability pipelines for high-frequency telemetry, Human in the loop, and closed-loop remediation design with Terraform, Ansible, and MCP. My earlier work in IBM is around network and service assurance, Field CTO for Telco / Carrier cloud & Intent based automation with successful projects in large asian telecom service providers. I enjoy translating deep technical ideas into clear product decisions that scale. Based in London. Global remit. I am multi instrumentalist & a trained water color artist.
