It took me a while to realize that it’s not about one perfect experience, but the many little ones that come together to fuel your passion. Stepping into VFX production has been an eye-opening journey. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that production is all about management and micro-management. For someone who grew up as an introvert, discovering a love for people, collaboration, and coordination has been incredibly rewarding - and it’s what led me to build a career around people management. Over the past two years, I’ve come to see production management as the perfect blend of organization, strategy, and business. Balancing these three is what ensures a project runs smoothly, despite any external challenges. Every project feels unique, and each one teaches me something new. Watching months of hard work come alive on screen is what keeps me inspired and grateful. Today, as a Senior Production Coordinator, I continue to juggle multiple projects, driven by curiosity and a constant desire to learn — because in this industry, the learning truly never stops.
