Within my role at Walmart, leading Toys, eCommerce, and Marketplace strategy, I get to do what I love best which is driving retail growth across Ecomm channels while building competitive advantage and growing revenues in this rapidly evolving digital landscape. My passion is setting goals and driving growth in an eCommerce environment – I enjoy building a strong team to disrupt, transform, and innovate across categories. It allows me to draw upon my experience, bridging merchandising, digital, marketing, and customer experience (CX). I believe the customer always comes first. When you execute properly with the customer in mind, you will create a frictionless experience for the customer, retailer, and brand. I enjoy working in this space as each day I am working within the US as well as with international companies bringing the newest Toys to the market.
