Hi, I'm Leonardo Villela, 29 years old and I’ve been working as a software developer for more than 10 years. Despite looking at it as a software developer, I like to think of myself as a problem solver — focused on understanding real-world problems and how to create digital solutions for users. Delivering good software in the IT world goes beyond the technical side, so I work to improve my soft skills. Practically throughout my career as a full-stack developer, I've been applying a holistic view of things, and so I always encourage my team to make better decisions based on facts. I am currently working on applications applying agile methodologies such as Scrum, using Javascript with ReactJS and NodeJS. I also have good experience with other JVM languages(Groovy, Kotlin, and Java) and their ecosystem.
