I have over 10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Tech Lead & Architect - including solution design, implementation, deployment, maintenance and upgrades - having worked on multiple modules including ITSM, GRC, HRSD, CSM, SPM and ITOM across multiple geographies. I also work extensively with ServiceNow AI Agents, Now Assist Skill Kit NAVA, and AI Control Tower as well as REST/SOAP integrations, UI Builder & backend configurations catering to all the aforementioned modules. In my current role, I’m working as a tech lead primarily for ServiceNow’s early-adopter customers based in the US, Australia & India- where I lead solution design, build and enhancement cycles for the latest AI based ServiceNow solutions including AI Agents, Agentic workflows, Now Assist Skills and AI Control Tower.
