I am an Information technology student and a former IT professional with experience in Cloud engineering, Software testing, Support engineering, and Systems engineering. I have worked for almost three years at Tata Consultancy Services where I supported applications, solved technical issues, and worked with tools like AWS, Java, Python, SQL, Linux, and many more tools and technologies. I also helped a professor with research involving large language models, where I worked on data preparation and model testing. At DePaul University, I currently work as an IT operations and support specialist. I help students, staff, and faculty with technical issues and daily system needs.
