Rekha Burman — CEO
I didn’t step into product management by chance. I chose it because I’m driven by a simple idea: listen deeply, understand the real problem, and build something that makes life easier for the user. When I joined Storewise, I was handed a challenge that many brands struggle with: product catalogues that were scattered, inconsistent, and hard to manage. Instead of starting with solutions, I started with people talking to brand teams, mapping their workflows, and understanding why their day-to-day felt chaotic. From that understanding, I led the end-to-end Catalogue Management product, transforming a messy, manual process into a structured, scalable system. Along the way, I was able to deliver measurable impact: Improved catalogue workflow efficiency by 30–40% Increased data accuracy and product visibility by 25%+ Reduced operational friction across teams through better UX Achieved 100% on-time milestone delivery across multiple product releases Strengthened alignment across design, engineering, and data teams with OKRs & sprint discipline But what I’m most proud of is not the numbers alone it’s the clarity it created for users and teams. Seeing a complex system become intuitive is the moment I feel like a PM. My earlier experience at Tranquil Software refined my foundations in: User research that influenced major feature decisions Competitive analysis that shaped product direction Requirements breakdown that reduced development cycles by 20% Cross-functional communication that helped deliver quality at speed With a strong analytical base in Python, SQL, and Power BI, I bridge intuition with data, ensuring decisions are backed by proof not assumptions. I’m a PM who loves solving ambiguous problems, structuring messy workflows, and building from 0→1 and 1→N with empathy, curiosity, and impact. I thrive where strategy meets execution, and where user pain points become opportunities to build something meaningful. I’m currently open to Product Manager / APM roles where I can continue creating measurable impact with user-first thinking, strong ownership, and collaborative execution.
