• Developed a solution which helped the client to move their process as well as data from Smartsheet to Power Platform using Dataverse as data source and canvas apps for both user and admin interface
• Architected the data model, as per the business requirement and existing solution. Built an admin panel which helped users to manipulate various choice sets (add, update, retire, reorder) of Dataverse directly from canvas app UI, leveraging Dataverse Web API
• Built a robust automation which parsed complex JSON (batch logs of drugs) and generated a genealogy tree as per the supplied material and depth level, with path of each node. It also collected data from a wide range of sources and used various templates as per the business need to populate a Word document using Encodian. This helped business to expediate the regulatory audits for GxP compliance, eliminate manual effort and any possibility of errors
• Designed an agent in Copilot Studio which helped client to capture and manage various GenAI use cases. Used declarative approach, leveraging generative orchestrator as well as topic based design and agent flows as per need. Fetched questions from a SharePoint list based on use-case sections, instead of hard coding at the agent level for a flexible design. Used various variables (session, local or global) to manage context, store response and generate email as well as message summary. Responses were stored only after intelligent determination of user intent. Drafted agent instructions following best practices and Microsoft defined markup structure (Markdown)
• Updated the sample Canvas app used by internal team, by introducing various UI designs like transparency, gradients and blur effect using HTML. Updated several UI components like Header, Navigation, Forms and Dashboards into new layout with responsive design and capability of picking themes

• Worked in the design and development of a Gaming application leveraging Power Apps Canvas app with Dataverse as database which is facilitating client to gather data about apps which can be retired thus helping them to right-size there digital landscape and optimize cost
• 1. Engineered a leaderboard that dynamically updates player positions based on their total scores after each playing session in real-time. This feature ensures that players receive immediate feedback on their rankings within the game
• 2. Have designed a component for displaying the remaining time in real-time for completing the game; if time limit expires then the game gets over
• 3. The app provides real-time feedback to players by displaying their current points during gameplay with each question carrying various points based on response. Also have added a feature which is awarding bonus points for each seconds remaining with cool UI animations. The point allocation happens in real time in the client side while database sync happens later
• 4. Devised a flexible mechanism to load all questions, the respective options and the points from a Dataverse table to facilitate smooth changes in future rather than directly hard coding them in the app
• 5. Utilised Power Automate jobs to sync all entries with database and updating total scores and giving admins ability to reject invalid submission which again deducts points from players
• Owning the Canvas app solution which is being used by the client as well as internal teams as a template to start building apps thereby ensuring consistency in app interfaces

• Working for a multinational life sciences and pharmaceutical client, primarily helping in automating, customizing and developing their day-to-day manual business processes leveraging Power Apps, Automate and SharePoint Online using OOTB and various JSON formatting.
• Have taken part in various stages of application development, right from gathering requirements and problem statements from client, designing and architecting solution to development, including giving support and performing enhancements as per necessity.
• Experienced in developing Canvas and Model-driven app, using Dataverse as data source as well as customization of SharePoint list forms as per need with proficient use of Power Fx formulae and Modern form controls. Also efficient in using and customizing Gallery and Containers with multiple filter and sorting capabilities. Have integrated various 3rd party services like AWS S3 using SFTP, Oracle DB, external APIs using HTTP connector etc.
