I’m a Talent Strategy Consultant and Fractional TA Leader with 18+ years of experience, helping organizations fix the systems behind hiring — not just fill roles. Earlier in my career I worked in the traditional contingency recruitment model. Over time it became clear that the real challenge companies face is not sourcing candidates — it’s building a hiring engine that works consistently. That realization changed the way I work. Today, I partner with companies through embedded, retainer-based engagements, operating as part of their talent function. I work closely with founders and leadership teams to bring structure, clarity and predictability to how they hire. Most of the organizations I work with operate in product and SaaS environments, where hiring speed, role clarity and interview quality directly impact how fast teams can scale. My work typically focuses on four areas: Leadership & critical hiring: Director, Senior Manager and niche technical roles where alignment matters most. Hiring system design: Building scalable hiring processes that reduce bottlenecks and improve decision quality. Talent operations & enablement: Interviewer calibration, recruiter coaching and strengthening internal hiring capability. Workforce planning & market intelligence Role architecture, compensation insights and forward-looking talent pipelines. Across my engagements, the goal remains the same — helping companies build predictable hiring systems, improve interview quality, and close their most important roles with consistency. One thing I’ve learned over the years: When the hiring system works, great people join faster. When it doesn’t, even strong opportunities struggle to close. My focus in every engagement is simple — bring predictability and clarity to hiring so companies can scale teams with confidence.
