Currently a Senior Manager at HDFC ERGO GIC, where I manage corporate accounts, build performance dashboards, and drive cross-sell and retention strategy across a diverse portfolio. It’s sharpened my commercial thinking, stakeholder management, and ability to turn data into decisions — fast. But what really drives me is the intersection of brand, technology, and human behaviour. I’m the kind of person who reads campaign breakdowns for fun, experiments with AI tools before they’re mainstream, and genuinely gets excited about what makes people choose one brand over another. I come from a sales and analytics background, which means I don’t just think about how marketing looks — I think about what it does. Every idea I bring to the table is grounded in the question: does this actually move the needle? I’m a quick learner by nature and a fast mover by choice. New tools, new industries, new challenges — I adapt without losing momentum.
