With over three decades of experience in the field, I am privileged to lead SSEI, a renowned global education institution recognized for its steadfast dedication to excellence. As a qualified professional with designations including CFA, FRM, CTM, CPM, MS (Finance), CIB, and CIIA, I have accumulated a range of expertise. My focus areas encompass financial treasury, financial management, risk management, business valuation, and stock markets. My instructional focus and specialization revolve around delivering comprehensive guidance and education in Advanced Financial Management (formerly known as SFM) at the CA Final Level and Financial Management at the CA Intermediate Level. Over the years, I have developed a deep understanding of these subjects, enabling me to provide students with a thorough grasp of complex financial concepts and techniques. Since 2006, I've trained for the CFA Program, emphasizing core fundamentals to foster a strong finance foundation. In 2009, I expanded into the FRM Program, collaborating to create a comprehensive module. I've also developed a niche in options trading with the DERPO module, known for its innovative approach. Throughout my journey, I have dedicated myself to providing a diverse range of educational programs, encompassing professional accountancy, financial training, and financial markets. Hello. Thought its nice to share a little brief introducing myself. So for starters I like to call myself an "educationist" Why so? Because for almost 2/3rd of my life that is close to 30 years, i have been a teacher / trainer. My tryst with teaching started way back when i was in school and then there was no looking back. From humble beginnings where i trained students one to one at their home to growing to become a pan-India faculty for CA and global faculty for courses like CFA and FRM, its been a very enriching journey. I often state that I being a non-CA have probably trained the most number of qualified and aspiring CAs.
Today I am serving students / candidates / learners across a broad spectrum of courses:

CFA (across 3 levels)
FRM (both parts)

I am a learner for life and spend considerable portion of my daily time in reading and upgrading my knowledge in finance, economics and market. On the tech front, i am no geek, however, i am able to appreciate the omnipresence impact tech has so at an organization level we do our best to try and absorb tech and innovations and be early movers.
At organisation level to bring structure and corporate culture in our operations and processes, I founded Sanjay Saraf Educational Institute Private Limited in 2009. Early adoption of technology, helped me scale my training delivery to pan-India level which helped me build an extensive franchise network through-out the country.
In 2017, I co-founded ULURN with 2 of my partners to scale our business in the direct-to-home mode espescially for global programs like CFA and FRM.
In 2020, I founded SSEI QForum my dream project. QForum is India's first doubt resoloution platform catering to all and every aspect of finance.
SSEI Markets is my dive into the world of trading. We have trained thousands of market aspirants build capability in understanding the markets and approach trades with a pragmatic structure
