I bring over 10 years of experience across Google, Atlassian, Intuit, and Optus, partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to lead discovery, clarify customer needs, and translate insights into product direction. Most recently I've been running product experiments with HeyKidora, a birthday party planning tool I built from scratch. I surveyed 95 parents to validate the problem, built a prototype, tested two business models, and ran a live pricing experiment. The experience confirmed what I already believed: the best product decisions come from getting close to the customer before you build, not after. My strengths are in the early stages of product work - finding the right problem, framing it clearly, and building toward it with evidence. Open to UX Research, PM, Product Strategy roles where customer understanding is a competitive advantage.
