Leading multiple functions, I achieved a decade-best mortality experience and acclaimed claims experience, receiving ASQ and EFMA recognition. I played a pivotal role in introducing a groundbreaking innovation - InstaClaim, an industry-first claims service. This is now an industry standard Currently, I steer my organization's strategy, new initiatives, and distribution efforts. My expertise lies in creating efficient distribution networks, developing Go-To-Market strategies, structuring reinsurance frameworks, incubating innovative products, and refining underwriting and claims processes In the Indian context, I laid the foundation for Hannover Re's presence and pioneered the integration of e-commerce channels into the life insurance landscape. I take pride in conceptualizing India's first Health Savings Account (HSA) equivalent with GenRe ensemble, a concept I continue to personally endorse. Before entering the corporate world, I embarked on a four-year research journey, delving into the intricacies of depression, anxiety, and memory. My deep passion lies in improving healthcare accessibility and affordability, coupled with a strong advocacy for integrating behavioral science into wellness practices. Furthermore, I am well-versed in administering Psychological First Aid (PFA), emphasizing my commitment to holistic well-being.
