I'm a psychologist, and I work with people at two scales. Individually, through therapy: sitting with someone in their complexity, helping them understand themselves a little better, and find their way forward. Collectively, through learning: designing and facilitating experiences that shift how teams think, communicate, and perform - so that growth doesn't stop at the individual, but ripples into the organisation and shows up where it matters: in results. These two paths might seem different. To me, they're the same work at different zoom levels. My foundation is a Master's in Psychology from Delhi University, with a specialisation in Organisational Behaviour, which means I've always been interested in the space where the inner world of a person meets the outer world of a workplace. My internship in the HR department at BPCL Bina Refinery gave me my first real look at that intersection: how learning culture, people practices, and psychological safety shape what an organisation can and cannot do. That experience also taught me something important about L&D: good training isn't measured by how engaging it was in the room. It's measured by what changes outside of it - in behaviour, in performance, in business outcomes. That's the standard I hold my work to. That experience cemented what I want to build: a practice where I work with people deeply, whether that's one person working through something in a therapy room, or a room full of people working through something together in a training.
