I build and scale revenue organizations for B2B SaaS and AI-native companies across Europe and North America, from first revenue hire to fully aligned GTM org. Over the past 18 years, I've taken GTM teams from zero to 30+ people, opened new markets, and consistently hit or exceeded seven-figure quotas. The pattern I see again and again: most SaaS scale-ups don't have a sales problem, they have a revenue alignment problem. Sales, Marketing, SDR, and CS are treated as four separate functions when they should run as one. That's the work I do. My sweet spot is the messy, exciting phase where a company needs to go from "we have a product" to "we have a revenue machine." That means hiring the right people, building Marketing, SDR, Sales and CS as one motion rather than four, putting the right sales methodology in place (I'm a big believer in MEDDICC), building channel programs where they matter, and creating the kind of forecast discipline that lets leadership actually trust the numbers. I've done this across CX, e-commerce, MarTech, cybersecurity, and AI-native SaaS at companies like Medallia (pre- and post-IPO), Alida, Optilyz, and Frontnow. Along the way, I've closed some big deals, supported a $4.7B IPO, contributed to a PE exit, and helped early-stage companies find real product market fit through revenue. I work across the full GTM stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, RevOps, ABM, and partner/channel programs. Based in Munich, fluent in German and English, and open to roles across DACH, EMEA, and North America. Alongside full-time roles, I selectively advise SaaS founders and revenue leaders in EMEA on full-funnel diagnostics and the first 90 days of new VP/CRO roles.
