Hello, I’m Nikita Bali, a Clinical Psychology student who is learning the human mind not just through textbooks, but through people, stories, and real spaces of expression. My journey in psychology has included working as a Psychology Intern at Daffodils Therapy Studio, where I was introduced to therapeutic settings, client observations, and the quiet discipline of listening. That experience grounded my understanding of mental health in reality and reminded me that empathy often matters more than having the perfect answer. Alongside psychology, I lead as the President of Dastaan, the Poetry and Storytelling Club. What began as a creative space became a place for conversations, vulnerability, and community. Leading Dastaan has taught me how stories help people make sense of themselves and how expression can be a form of healing. I have also worked as a Social Media Intern with Manana Charitable Trust and Companions In Action, where I used content and storytelling to communicate ideas with sensitivity and intention. Those roles helped me understand how words travel, how narratives shape perception, and how responsibility comes with having a voice. I’m interested in work that sits at the intersection of psychology, mental health, communication, and impact.
