She has over 32 years of experience in the Engineering & Construction industry, representing several international companies in India. At a strategic level, Sarika was engaged in the negotiation and finalization of joint ventures, capital infusions, go-to-market strategy, and business excellence. At the operational level, she managed industry relations, corporate affairs, compliance, credit & outstanding management, talent management and business growth. 5 years ago, Sarika went on to pursue her passion for coaching and became an ICF Certified ACC Coach. Presently, Sarika also works as a freelancer with BetterManager, a US company, where she coaches leaders and managers across industries and countries. Sarika has done her B.A. in Psychology, Sociology & Economics. She has completed an Executive General Management Program from IIM-Bangalore and Program on enhancing Leadership capacities and potential among professional women from IIM-Ahemdabad. Sarika has participated in various training programs with Philip Kotler, Marshall Goldsmith, Robin Sharma and Shiv Khera.
