She was part of the IndiaSA Regional leadership team and the APAC People leadership team. Prior to Uber, Neha brings with her 18+ years of experience across leading global organisations including General Electric, Accenture, Reckitt Benckiser and Coca Cola. She has worked in areas of Human Capital Strategy, Organisation Design, Talent Management and Analytics across FMCG, Automotive, Telecom, Energy and Consulting organisations. She has worked across geographies including North America, Nordics, UK, Singapore, Australia and India. As a Diversity and Inclusion champion, Neha serves on the Global Women at Uber Board and is a Certified Insights Discovery practitioner. Neha has a Master in Arts from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the College of Business Studies, Delhi University.
