• Utilize Spectrum and Big Panda to monitor and action alarms on ISP circuits/equipment carrying exchange feed traffic (DMA, multicast and TCP) and other financial services, across multiple stock exchanges and continents. Circuits traverse Fiber, Dark Fiber, Wireless RF, and Transatlantic Links.
• Coordinate with ICE data centers and access centers around the globe to troubleshoot connectivity issues between ICE managed equipment, circuits, NYSE equipment, exchanges, and client equipment.
• Work with hardware vendors (Juniper, Cisco, Arista, etc) to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and other network and system problems (replacing faulty network hardware components and monitoring network performance).
