About

Some people fall into their careers; I built mine, one role at a time. I joined PocketHealth as employee number three, ready to roll up my sleeves and learn. I started in customer support, where I built a patient-first team from scratch and helped shape the foundation of what a strong, empathetic support experience could look like. As the company grew, so did my role — from frontline operations to cross-functional collaboration, I took on whatever challenge came next. That hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of how companies grow from the inside and how culture, communication, and clarity shape every part of that journey. Today, I lead HR with the same mindset I brought to those early days: build thoughtfully, invest in people, and never lose sight of the human experience. My focus is on creating systems that scale, empowering teams to lead with clarity and compassion, and designing programs that help people feel connected to their work and each other. It's about building the kind of workplace where people feel seen, supported, and set up to thrive — not just succeed. Along the way, I’ve always been drawn to how people think, work, and grow. That curiosity led me to study psychology, anthropology, product management, UX design, business leadership, and HR strategy. Each area added a new layer to how I approach leadership. I bring together these perspectives to lead with empathy and intention, balancing the needs of the business with what truly motivates and empowers people. I'm still building, learning, growing, and working toward better, every step of the way.
