I help SaaS companies protect and grow revenue through customer success, retention programs, and strategic account management - and I do it with numbers to back it up. Over the past 5+ years, I've worked across the full customer journey - from B2B sales and lead generation to account management, renewals, upsells, and now enterprise CS program management at Freshworks, one of the world's leading SaaS CRM platforms. In my lastrole, I lead flagship digital success programs for the SMB and mid-market segment. In the last 10 months alone, I drove $700K-$800K in ARR goodness through structured retention and engagement programs - and was recognized as Program Manager of the Quarter three consecutive quarters. What sets me apart is the combination of commercial instinct and execution rigor. I've sold, renewed, upsold, and retained customers across B2B SaaS, FMCG, retail, and F&B verticals. I understand what it takes to get a customer from onboarding to advocacy - and I understand the revenue math behind every touchpoint.
