The company is well-known for promoting the active and healthy lifestyle, as well as being socially responsible through its youth development programmes.
  • The internship programme was named NESTLE Summer Academy and according to the approved position, interns went to different departments, but also had common educations, offering common business knowledge experience.
  • This internship was focused mainly on sales analysis of all category groups within the company, as well as all channels, so my main responsibilities were mostly conducting sales analysis reports and learning how to evaluate of return of investment of some activities. I was also tracking the availability of the products in-store according to internal data, provided beforehand.
  • Apart from my daily tasks, I was occupied with a team project, along with my intern colleagues, who joined the NESTLE Summer Academy. Our task was to develop a project (and if we can, also implement it) connected with the company and its development. My team developed a project for a marketing campaign within NESTLE Ice cream, as we did a marketing and budget plan, as well as planned return on investment. At the end of the internship each team presented their project to the management of the company, and some of the projects were actually implemented later on by the regular staff of NESTLE.
