I am the customer account leader for Progress File Transfer’s Managed File Transfer product (MOVEit) in the Southeast region of North America. My objective is to provide the most valuable set of resources to IT teams as they identify ways to improve file transfer processes and systems within their business. Those resources are sourced from my experience partnering with customers around solving their challenges related to data and information movement; my team of technical file transfer specialists; and a wide set of clear, concise and informative educational resources designed to help businesses solve their file transfer challenges. I enjoy working with IT teams and seeing them leverage managed file transfer to improve their position within their business. To my customers Managed File Transfer means having greater visibility and control around data movement within the organization; it also means reducing some of the pain and headache involved in meeting compliance or security regulations such as PCI and HIPAA; and most importantly it means making the IT team more strategic by moving away from managing manual file transfers and scripts to adding value by automating and integrating file transfer processes that support critical business processes.
