• My role as a Global UC Senor voice Engineer involved being the key technical contact on multiple simultaneously running transformation projects to a Microsoft Lync/Skype for business solution for HPE in the Americas- and EMEA-regions. Working on transformations from legacy voice back office/legacy systems to the Microsoft Lync platforms. Designing site upgrades and providing strategic direction on voice trunking, dial-plans, and solution engineering around the globe at HP facilities during the corporate separation with HP Inc. and now the new DXC – Technology Company created by merging part of HPE and CSC Company together, while meeting aggressive deadlines projected by upper management. Overseeing VOIP deployments, design, global carrier SIP trunking and integration onto next generation platforms in Datacenters and migrating tens of thousands of users unto Microsoft Lync platform using SIP trunks, while providing high-level software support to IT. Serving also as a senior strategic technical escalation point for Voice operations team implementing Skype for Business (SFB) design deployments across the globe, depending on concurrent projects assigned, on escalated voice issues. Lastly, working with the Project Managers and project team members to create a voice and data multi-page solution while maintaining highly satisfactory client business services, from project inception to production across the entire spectrum.
