• Working at Manhattan Associates was balancing writing, tool skills, and technology on the same plate.
• I worked on tools like RoboHelp, Madcap Flare, Framemaker, Word, Visio, SnagIT, and more depending on the requirements. I handled documentation for multiple products ranging from online helps, install guides, to ERDs and process flows.
• Working with different products has given me the confidence to switch flexibly between products and still maintain consistency and quality of work. When multiple releases were in sync, my ability of proper planning and adherence to deadlines makes me a just-in-time player for each team I work with. I gel along well with my teams and even do tasks for different departments like presentations, newsletters, corporate communications tasks, mailers for events, etc. I am a multi-tasker and enjoy to be innovative and creative whenever I get a chance to do so.

• My roots of Technical Writing began at Triumph. I got a chance to work on many projects and learnt the skills of Word, Powerpoint, etc.
• My first project was working on RFPs with iGATE Presales Team. I used to work on presentations and created flows from existing content. The inputs for proposals came from the team, and I had to proof read and format the proposals in short spans. This helped me to do tasks with speed and accuracy.
• My second project was on e-learning where I partly worked as an instructional designer. The project involved coming up with crisp and brief slides, and think intuitively as a student/user would like the training material to be. I had to work with the graphic designers and help them visualize what the content is trying to emphasize on. This project helped me to think out of the box and enhanced my creative skills.
• Other projects were trainings, knowledge sharing sessions, intranet portal, etc.

• Understand different skillsets of customers on call and provide hardware solutions for DELL laptops, desktops, printers, and routers.
