Over the past 13 years, I have worked with consulting, technology and climate-focused organisations across Asia Pacific, Southeast Asia and the Middle East regions, helping businesses navigate growth, transformation and emerging business challenges. Today, I lead AXA Climate's business across Asia Pacific, working with organisations across sectors including financial services, logistics, infrastructure, hospitality, technology and industrials. My work focuses on helping leadership teams translate climate and sustainability priorities into practical business action through capacity building, stakeholder engagement and organisational integration. Over the last few years, I have observed a notable shift in executive conversations across the region. While sustainability reporting and disclosure remain important, organisations are increasingly focused on resilience: understanding how climate-related risks affect operations, supply chains, infrastructure, workforces and long-term business performance. Resultantly, sustainability is becoming less about reporting and more about strengthening business continuity, competitiveness and long-term value creation. Having worked across multiple markets and growth stages, I bring a combination of strategic thinking, commercial acumen and execution experience. I have built and scaled businesses, launched new markets, led regional teams and partnered with senior executives to solve complex organisational challenges.
