• I was responsible for a 200 person team (Eng, Data Science, Product, Design) that built and shipped every pixel that our customers perceived as "Zulily" - from Zulily ads on Facebook, to daily emails and push notifications, to Zulily.com and Zulily mobile apps, to the the ML Personalization engine, product catalog and other services that powered these user experiences.

• As the Chief Product and Technology officer at Code.org, I was responsible for product planning, design, engineering, project management and deployment of over 100 hours of computer science curriculum to over 100 million K-12 students in the US and globally. Over 5 billion lines of code have been written by students on the Code.org website using our courses.
• In addition to this, I drove partnerships with companies like Disney and Fox to bring their IP (Anna and Elsa from Frozen etc.) to Code.org's student base, and do public speaking to promote diversity in computer science.

• As GM of SkyDrive client experience, I was responsible for setting the vision for SkyDrive i.e. what to build that delights consumers, is competitive, and benefits Microsoft’s strategy as a devices and services company.
• I led a team of 40 product managers and 200 engineers to bring this to life – SkyDrive went from 0 to over a 100 million users, over 1.2 billion user documents with 20 million daily and heavy users.
• I was the external voice of the product team to tech press, enthusiasts etc as well as the primary contact for partnerships with Office, Windows Phone, Xbox, Windows teams. SkyDrive is the default Save location for Office apps, deeply integrated in Windows 8.1.
