About

Operator. Builder. Generalist with depth. I joined Zuddl in 2021 at seed stage with no playbook and a blank CRM. My mandate was simple: make revenue work. I built the first GTM pod from scratch, closed deals myself, and helped ride the virtual events wave. When growth started leaking due to weak ICP focus and brittle systems, I moved into the CEO’s Office to fix fundamentals. Since then, I’ve been responsible for building Zuddl’s revenue and operating backbone: Designing and owning RevOps, Sales Ops, CS Ops, pricing, and quote-to-cash Rebuilding ICP focus and repositioning the product into a unified event orchestration platform Architecting forecasting, pipeline, renewal, and expansion systems that scale cleanly Driving cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance Deploying AI-assisted workflows and internal tools to remove human bottlenecks I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution. I design systems, then run them. I still sell when needed, but my real leverage comes from building machines that don’t rely on heroics. Before Zuddl: Chargebee (FinTech): SMB and Mid-Market SaaS sales across North America Practo (HealthTech): City-level expansion for software and ads I’m a generalist by design. Deep in GTM, wide in context. Optimizing for durability, clarity, and long-term compounding. Also a dad to a 3-year-old, which is the hardest operating role I’ve had so far.
