I’ve spent my career in the SAP ecosystem doing one thing: making partnerships actually work. I joined SAP back in October 2015 and have had the chance to work across both the Core side and Business Transformation Management — which honestly gave me a perspective most people in this space don’t have. I understand how the pieces connect, and that changes how I build. On the Core side, one of the highlights was onboarding PwC US into a resell motion for S/4HANA — taking what could have been just another agreement and turning it into something that actually functioned in the field. That experience taught me a lot about what it really takes to get a partner from signed to productive. Then I moved into BTM — and honestly, that’s where everything clicked for me. The complexity, the transformation story, the way the right partner can completely change what’s possible for a customer. I love building in this space. Not just on paper. Not just for one big deal. But in a way that shows up in the forecast every single quarter — new logos, expansion revenue, and partners who genuinely want to grow with you. I’ve aligned executives who didn’t always agree, shepherded deals through the messy middle, and connected ecosystem strategy to outcomes that actually show up in the numbers. What drives me isn’t the close. It’s the model behind the close. Can we do it again next quarter? And the one after that? That’s what I’m here to build — not just growth, but repeatable growth.
