• o Leading the establishment of new supply chains in 9 countries, for 30+ new Nestlé Starbucks products, from 6 factories, meeting all tough launch targets. Identified best production site combinations to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and to deliver lowest cost to the group. Supported teams to find innovative solutions to reduce timing on product development, freight, and registrations.
• o Ensuring availability of products to successfully meet 60%+ upsurge in demand due to Covid-19 despite heavy disruptions to supply chains. Logistics were adapted for speed and priority products were identified and aligned with commercial teams to make best use of capacity.
• o Successfully closed the hub supplying Nescafe Dolce Gusto products to 7 countries and transitioned countries to directly source from the manufacturing sites in Europe, contributing to 1% saving vs revenue per annum.
• o Identifying and leading project to eliminate re-palletization of Nescafe Dolce Gusto products in Japan supplied from Europe, delivering 0.5% saving vs revenue per annum.

• Responsible for planning Volumes for 100+ SKUs in the F&B Business of Nestle Sri Lanka with forecasting for 18 Months using analyzing Seasonality, Planned Promotional Activities, Competitor Activity and bottom-up forecasting.
• Completed project to implement SAS forecast studio in Nestle Lanka., which enables statistical forecasting. Enabled business team achieve more than LKR 100 Mio additional growth in 2017 by re-allocating promotional spends.
• Liaising with Sales, Marketing and Finance to confirm volumes, identify gaps to achieve targets based on current trends and for proposal to bride gaps on a daily basis.
• Overseeing the smooth operation of importation of Nestle'​ products from other Nestle' markets to be sold in Sri Lanka. Stock is maintained at optimum level balancing risk of out of stock with the impact on working capital.
