She is the founder of CU Fight Fraud, LLC, an initiative created to advocate for credit unions and community banks by advancing fraud awareness, education, and collaboration across the industry. Known for connecting the dots and translating complexity into action, Hailey’s work has produced measurable impact, from educating the public on evolving scam typologies to equipping frontline teams and leaders with practical, people-first solutions that actually work.
