I began my career journey by stepping into the world of technology and sales at Oracle as a Business Development Consultant. Through their Graduate Programme, I built a solid foundation in business development, stakeholder management, and customer engagement, and most importantly, I discovered my passion for working closely with people. That passion naturally led me into a career in recruitment. Since then, I’ve gained experience identifying, engaging, and securing talent across multiple industries - mainly in media, digital and creative industry. Today, at Michael Page, I specialise in recruiting Technology and Software Engineering professionals, partnering with organisations to help them build high-performing technical teams. What truly motivates me is creating meaningful relationships, connecting the right individuals with the right opportunities, and enabling success on both sides. Whether it’s sourcing niche technical talent, advising on hiring strategies, or collaborating with hiring managers, I’m driven by making the recruitment experience positive and impactful.
