Establish Quality Control Process for each operational activity. • New Initiatives: Lead/ Participate and actively drive new initiatives and roll outs. • Customer Service: Coordinate with team/ Agency & provide instant solution & close the case. • Agency: Manage Adyogi, Fynd, Liqvd Asia, RBL Monobrand on daily basis. • Retails (+35 Stores): Online Sale management on daily basis, Handling Area Manger & Store Manager. • Management: Managing performance of Ecommerce Marketplaces, Website, OMNI, OR & SOR Channel, Leading pricing, promotions, managing P&L, Cost Optimization structures. • Digital Marketing: To mine SEO Keywords to optimize product sponsoring campaigns on Amazon & Google with aim to reduce ACOS and convert into higher sales. • Website Management: Maintain Creatives / Banners / Catalogue / PDP page/ Pricing on daily basis. • DSR REPORT: Google Analytics DSR report Analysis & Share report to CEO on daily/ weekly, Monthly basis. • Partner Management: Build Channel differentiation and identify triggers to activate different channels, to develop and manage strong relationships. • Build Category business models: annual/quarterly/monthly plan and execute the same, Anchor category selection, product mix, product pricing & inventory control, oversee day-to-day operations, Leading pricing, promotions, managing P&L, Cost Optimization structures.
