Belonging to the category of perceptual phenomena called Gestalt switches, the vase/two face figure represents the fact that our perceptual realities are subjective, fickle, and susceptible to all kinds of internal and external distortions.
• The vase/two face figure I chose as the Behaviorist’s logo serves as a reminder for myself and my clients: People are complex, and science is the best tool we have for understanding that complexity.
