That insight led me to product roles where I could solve real-world problems at scale - from building growth products that onboarded thousands of merchants seamlessly, to increasing merchant win rates in disputes, to improving platform efficiency so teams can do more with less friction.Beyond work, I’ve explored widely - freelancing in weddings to running a Superhost Airbnb for five years to selling almond milk during the pandemic.
