• As a Network Consulting engineer, i used to work closely with my customer - "VERIZON".
• Most importantly my work was to check compliance of configuration of deployed cisco boxes in VERIZON's network. - Written a tool in JAVA for then same for checking how much % of compliance customer has followed and find out possible discrepancy in network.
• Knew every Cisco box and its kind. also where it is deployed in different states of US for VERIZON.
• Alert VERIZON with proactive information about possible failures in future. - with syslogs.
• Provide VERIZON with health checkups and let VERIZON know about software up gradation of Cisco Box's.
