As the City Head of North Cities at Swiggy, Aditya leads the last mile operations of Swiggy Instamart, a hyperlocal delivery service, across cities in India. Aditya is responsible for driving high performance and customer satisfaction metrics, expanding the dark store network, and training and developing the operations team. Aditya has a strong background in e-commerce and logistics, with over 6 years of experience in managing the end-to-end operations of Zepto and Flipkart, two of the leading online platforms in India. Aditya has launched the hyperlocal delivery dark stores for Zepto from scratch in 2021, and played a pivotal role in launching the hyperlocal vertical for Flipkart in Delhi NCR in 2020.
