About

👋 Hey, I’m Adrian! Helping others has always been at the core of what I do. From facilitating over 35 personal branding and LinkedIn workshops for college students to uncovering prospects’ needs and delivering tailored solutions as a Business Development Representative in the Martech and Productivity spaces, I’ve built my career around empathy and a customer-centric approach. Now, as a Value Specialist (Professional Services Coordinator) at Attentive, I combine my expertise in MarTech with my passion for customer success. I work closely with clients to bridge the gap between their ambitious email and SMS marketing goals by executing retention marketing strategies and sharing deep platform insights. Outside of work, you can find me diving into Sci-Fi or professional development books, playing pickleball, exploring new destinations, or staying up-to-date on the latest tech trends. I’m always eager to connect with new people. Feel free to reach out!

  • For the first semester, I decided to challenge myself to lead my team in collaborating with our partnering agency, Sitewire, to develop a mockup content strategy for their client, Western BBQ.
  • Our task was to increase Western BBQ's social media presence by educating their millennial audience on how to properly grill meals using wood chips & chunks.
  • For the second semester, my new team and I partnered with NOMS, a corporate gifting company, to develop marketing assets for their 2019 Holiday season. Our creative efforts helped us win a Bronze ADDY award (regional advertising award) for the Integrated Consumer Campaign category.
  • Throughout our project timelines, I led team meetings, managed my team to produce client assets, and effectively communicated with Sitewire to update them on our progress.

Strategist

Sep 2018Jan 2019 · 4 mos

  • In 2018, I had the pleasure of joining ASU's student-run advertising agency that partners with local agencies. Each agency assigns each team a semester-long marketing project to present at the end. Working with my team in developing a marketing strategy for pita sandwich franchise, Pita Pit, was more than exciting. Our task was to increase the awareness that Pita Pit sells smoothies. I helped conduct on-the-street surveys, analyze consumer data to develop campaign ideas, and helped write a 30 page strategy document.
  • What I took away from this project was that research is a very critical aspect in developing creative ideas for campaigns, teamwork makes the dream work, and a bad idea is better than no idea.
