• I've been working on platform updates, partnerships, and mobile tools across Grubhub's enterprise and campus systems. I've also led projects that support a large number of users, with a focus on better monitoring and protecting revenue.
• Campus offline mode: Built a system that keeps campus restaurants running during internet outages. Used Kotlin, React Native, and Ditto for mesh networking. Designed architecture that groups devices by kitchen instead of venue, letting venues scale to 200+ devices without network slowdown. In beta, rolling out to 3,000 campuses.
• Datadog metrics migration: 8-week project moving from RUM to custom metrics. Set up 3 SLOs (LCP, JS errors, HTTP availability) with burn-rate monitors and composite alerts. Eliminated a post-incident blind spot, now catching degradation even after error budget is spent. Pattern adopted by other teams.
• React Router migration: Led 5–6 week upgrade of 56 pages (2,500+ users). 3-phase rollout by traffic. Zero incidents. Unblocked a major codebase upgrade.
• Amazon Business Prime integration: Built account linking UI (1.5M projected users). On hold for business timing.

• I helped build a next-generation 3D Web3 NFT museum and marketplace during its pre-launch phase, working on a small 3-person dev team. My main role was React/frontend, where I worked closely with a 3D developer and a backend/smart contract engineer to create complex 3D experiences that needed custom solutions beyond what React-Three-Fiber could handle.
• ✅ Fixed major memory problems by adding 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲.𝗷𝘀 𝗼𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝘀. This removed slow texture loading issues from high memory use and made it possible to support advanced 3D museum features.
