  • In my 2nd stint, leading Product and Market strategy for the North American market. The primary focus is to evolve parking from simply a parking session to an ecosystem of transactions around a location. My objective is to channel transactions through the Parking platform, be it for registered or non-registered users. For this, I got to introduce a new product - GMP QR. This is a web-app-based consumer-facing parking payments solution, allowing users to transact at both Surface and Gated lots. Within the first two months at a pilot location, we saw 65K transactions, totalling more than $300K in gross receipts.
