• My career debut into data and analytics. I was a coder for IRI PC Express, a 4GL programming language which was later acquired by Oracle and developed into the Oracle Express product. I designed, developed, implemented and managed data warehouses, data-marts and product masters for clients in the FMCG/CPGI industry. This role taught me that not all data is equal. I quickly learnt that information management practices such as ETL, data standardisation and quality is critical to deliver business intelligence for my customers. As a data sourcing, processing and market intelligence agency, I had responsibility of provisioning data, OLAP and reporting solutions for customers.
