About

Most organizations know what workforce challenges they face. Few know how to architect their way out of them. Over two decades, that has been my work. I have built and led HR outsourcing operations, contact centers, and shared services at scale — across the UAE and the broader GCC — navigating the complexity that comes when labor regulation, nationalization mandates, and commercial pressure all arrive at the same table simultaneously. I have operated at the intersection of compliance, strategy, and human capital — managing various leadership across entities. What I have learned is this: workforce transformation is never purely operational. It is strategic. It is cultural. And it is deeply human. I lead from that belief. My work spans all aspects of business, Strategy, Delivery, Sales and Compliance I have built teams that deliver. I have sat across from clients in boardrooms and regulators in ministries. I have learned when to push and when to listen. The middle East market is at an inflection point. The demand for credible, scalable HR infrastructure has never been higher — and the tolerance for generic solutions has never been lower. I bring this experience within a staffing or HR services organization that is serious about building something that lasts in this region — not just winning the next quarter.

  • Compliance Management : Ensure the employees outsourced are compliant as per the govt. regulations and their documentation is kept as per requirement of Ministry Of Labour. Misrepresentation or deficiency in document leads to heavy penalty for the organization.
  • Employee Data management (EDM) : The function owns the data base of the outsourced staff and ensure the same is updated, cleansed and uploaded in HCM tool as per defined schedule
  • Insurance Management : As a part of responsibility, department drives the entire insurance portfolio of the outsourced staff. Ensures addition, deletion and renewal schedules are managed.
  • Vendor Management : Negotiate rates with vendors for various admin requirement of the associates during the on-boarding and maintenance stage of employment, this includes flight and hotel booking. To drive cost optimization through consolidation and negotiation with vendors on insurance premiums based on performance and research on medical inflation in the region.
  • Associate Satisfaction : Drive associate satisfaction through exemplary back-office transaction service during the employment life cycle.
