A seasoned HR Professional with 20+ years of experience. I carry a proven track record of successful change management and strategy implementation, people and process management. It has been an incredible journey of being an integral team member and leader with some of the best multinational Automotive, Hospitality, Corporate Intelligence and Retail Company (s). During to date tenure, I had the opportunity to work hands on in various roles across HR Operations (including statutory compliance), Talent Management, C&B, PMS, Change Management and DEI. I have comfortably transitioned between local to global profiles with matrix to complex reporting structures and closely worked with “C” Level Executives. My experience of working with team members deployed at Shop Floor in factories have been an added feather to my experience. Being a POSH certified professional has given me the opportunity to work closely on ensuring a safe and secured work place for all the team members. I have been able to gain that trust across the organisations I have worked, where in the team members can connect comfortably, which also gave me an opportunity of being an effective Mentor to a lot of upcoming professionals. Having a Legal degree in hand has given me that extra legal oversight not only in legal contract / agreement management but also an expert in managing statutory compliance and employee related litigation management. These learning have given me a holistic approach to play a key role in organization's sustained growth, commitment towards fostering a dynamic, legally-compliant workplace environment.
