• Leading the design mandate for Tata Digital, where we are building the world's largest and most fascinating super-app Tata Neu, along with Croma's digital ware and CLIQ.

• We also launched the 'letgo' experience in Turkey with a design system which scaled across brands.

• Bringing design at the forefront of new product development. From setting up a strong-voiced, highly skilled design team across our studios at Gurugram and Berlin, to making sure that innovations seeps into the product as a second-nature, the focus has been on taking the UX maturity in the organisation to multiple notches up.
• We have revitalized the application with a new Design System, localised it for different countries, introduced innovative chat interfaces and launching exciting new transaction features - with a focus on creating sizeable impact on engagement and transaction metrics.

• Heading the Design Group, India.
• Started the design team in India from scratch and lead it to where we had our own
• (self-designed) studio in an year and a half, with 20+ hand picked designers. The diverse ventures of the company helped me to experience diversity in work, which broadly consisted of two areas -
• 1. Leading health and wellness product innovation - Leading design research and user experience for multiple products. Design lead initiatives like Blossom (Parenting), Cross (General Health), RG Magazine (Wellness & More) have already been launched, whereas some other work still is on the way.
• 2. Mentoring high potential portfolio companies - Creating design workshops, learning sessions and mentoring our portfolio companies (startups) to xlr8 their growth using design power. Obino, LifeInControl, Gympik, Zoojoo.be, Curofy etc. have all imbibed design in their products.

• We have already lead Samsung's first Healthcare Solutions development and are currently working on BFSI, Retail and Home Automation.
• Two of the Healthcare Solutions designed by the team are on display in the Samsung Innovation Museum at Suwon.
