  • As a Product Designer, I had the opportunity to work across a wide range of fintech and B2B SaaS products, contributing to both strategic and executional aspects of design.
  • I started by designing new user flows for a Loan Marketplace, where we aimed to bridge the gap between users and lenders by offering affordability options for high-ticket purchases. I focused on simplifying complex loan journeys—making them compliant, easy to understand, and engaging for users navigating financing options.
  • I then moved into the B2B SaaS space, working on multiple verticals such as:
  • A Credit Ops Dashboard
  • An Offers & Coupons Management Module
  • A Payment Gateway Control Center
  • In these projects, I collaborated closely with other designers and internal teams to identify merchant pain points, restructure legacy modules, and improve the overall UX and usability through thoughtful redesigns.
  • Later, I shifted focus to consumer-facing payment page experiences, where I worked on:
  • Multiple payment method flows including UPI, cards, wallets, and EMI
  • Offers and coupon integrations
  • A comprehensive redesign and unification of the payment interface to ensure consistency and ease of use
  • I also contributed to conceptualizing Finternet—a visionary initiative to unify cross-border payments and simplify global property transactions, pushing boundaries of what fintech can offer.
  • Throughout, I’ve combined user empathy, systems thinking, and design craft to solve meaningful problems at scale—while collaborating deeply with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to bring impactful solutions to life.
