About

For years, I pursued success the way many ambitious professionals do—through relentless effort, high performance, and pushing limits. My journey took me from the rigorous academic environment of IIT to being a Partner at McKinsey, where I worked with some of the world’s most influential organizations. But along the way, I noticed a troubling pattern. Despite their achievements, leaders, teams, and entire organizations were struggling with stress, disengagement, and burnout. Well-being was treated as an afterthought—something optional, a "nice-to-have" rather than a core part of their strategy to win. Companies invested in it superficially, seeing little impact, while employees quietly suffered. I spent the next 10 years researching the field of flourishing, immersing myself in the science of happiness, resilience, and wellbeing. I read 680 differnt books, trained to become a coach and supported 1000s of leaders in creating their own experiments to flip the script. The turning point came when I realized that happiness and success don’t have to be at odds. Instead of being a side initiative, well-being could become the fuel for breakthrough performance? What if organizations could achieve higher profitablity, shareholder returns, productivity and creativity - not at the cost of well-being, but because of it? This journey has led me to Happiness Squad, where we help leaders rewire success by embedding well-being into the core of their organizations. We work at every level—individual, job, team, and enterprise—to create cultures that unlock engagement, drive innovation, and fuel sustainable high performance. Our work with companies like Google, Danone, PepsiCo, City of Fort Collins, Radicl, CU Leeds business school and USA Gymnastics has shown that when organizations prioritize well-being, they don’t just create healthier workplaces—they gain a lasting competitive edge. How I Can Help You: If you’re a leader or organization looking to: ✅ Reduce burnout and increase resilience across your teams ✅ Embed flourishing practices into daily work for sustained performance ✅ Turn well-being into a strategic advantage that fuels innovation and results Let’s connect. Together, we can reshape the future of work—where wellbeing and happiness isn’t a trade-off, but the foundation of lasting success.
