I work at the intersection of fintech, payments, rewards and enterprise systems. My focus is simple. I take complex financial flows in payments, payroll and rewards and turn them into clean, fast and scalable engines for business growth. My career started in revenue, but my world today is total business building. I think like a creator who spots gaps and like a builder who turns ideas into systems that work in the real world. I enjoy aligning product, sales and operations so every team moves in sync, and the business grows without friction. Current Mission As Business Head at GYFTR Limited (the combined strength of Mufin Group and GyFTR), I am working to reshape how organisations manage spend, rewards and financial workflows. We are bringing together fast digital payments, a strong rewards network and clean enterprise systems to remove the friction that slows companies down. Across the last decade, I have worked closely with CFOs and CHROs across global enterprises. I have seen one truth again and again: Digital transformation means nothing unless it delivers: * Real impact on the P&L * Systems people actually use * Innovation without compliance risk Earlier, as Head of Sales at ADP India and in leadership roles at Sodexo and Zeta, I helped simplify buying journeys, fix broken workflows and build predictable growth for large enterprises. I enjoy the messy middle of scaling, finding leaks, aligning people, fixing flows and creating clarity. Beyond Work I share my learning on HRtech, Fintech, Payments, Leadership and Systems thinking.
