In the past 10+ years I’ve led and rebuilt sales and sales development functions across SaaS, B2B tech, hardware and hybrid models in PE, VC-backed, and public environments. Along the way, I’ve redesigned comp plans and forecasting models, built sales playbooks and operational foundations from zero, and reshaped GTM motions to drive stronger funnels and cleaner execution. Whether I’m partnering with larger leadership teams or rolling up my sleeves with smaller, hands-on groups, my focus is the same: align people, process, and tools so performance can scale sustainably. I have over 10+ years experience in Inside Sales and Sales Development, helping teams sharpen their story, tighten their systems, and move faster together.
