I lead enterprise technology programs that sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and risk. In my current role, I partner closely with the CIO and CISO to drive a broad portfolio across Information Security, Technology Services, Enterprise AI and Data, and business teams. A big part of what I do is bring structure to complexity. That means helping leadership prioritize the right work, creating clear operating rhythms, and making sure they have the visibility they need to make decisions, not just review status. My background spans cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise transformation, including FedRAMP and other regulatory initiatives, along with large-scale programs across cloud, tooling, and AI-enabled environments. I’ve led PMOs in highly matrixed organizations where alignment, clarity, and accountability are what actually drive results.
